Shock-absorbing material for labor insurance shoes

Leave a message

Labor insurance shoes need to pay special attention to the wearing comfort of workers. Different shock absorption materials can be used to achieve different shock absorption effects:

1. EVA is currently the most widely used shock absorbing material for the production of labor insurance shoes, mainly used in the midsole. The main components are vinyl acetate vinegar, ethylene n-butyl acrylate polymer, etc., and form an elastomer after foaming. Adjusting the blowing agent gives products with different hardness and elasticity. The filler is generally titanium white powder, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, etc., and the excessive amount causes a large compression set and a small elasticity. Adding PE can increase the tension and tearing force, but the elasticity is poor and it is easy to stick to the control.

2, PU polyurethane can be used for the midsole and outsole of labor insurance shoes. The reason why polyurethane is used is because it has good wear resistance, good elasticity and light weight. Poor pull after foaming, resistant to aging.

3, rubber is mainly used in the outsole of labor insurance shoes, the reason why the choice of rubber for shock absorption materials, mainly because of the good elasticity of foam rubber, is a special shock-absorbing rubber. In general-purpose rubber, butyl rubber and nitrile rubber have a large damping coefficient; styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene, silicone rubber, urethane rubber, and ethylene-propylene rubber have moderate damping coefficients; natural rubber and butadiene rubber have the lowest damping coefficient. Although the natural rubber has the smallest damping coefficient, it has good comprehensive performance, good fatigue resistance, low heat generation, small creep and good adhesion to metals. Therefore, natural rubber is widely used in shock absorbing rubber. If it is required to withstand low temperature, it can be used together with cis-butadiene rubber; when it is required to resist aging, it can be used together with chloroprene rubber; when oil resistance is required, it can be used together with butyl rubber with low acrylonitrile content, and it is required for low temperature dynamic performance. , often using silicone rubber. Natural rubber is generally required for low damping; butyl rubber can be used when high damping is required. Some rubbers with good heat resistance, such as fluororubber, acrylate rubber, EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, copolychlorohydrin rubber, due to their high deformation Fatigue resistance and reliability with metal bonding are poor, so it is not suitable for shock absorbing rubber.
