Second, physical and mechanical properties

Eight, thermal insulation performance
When the fire boots 3c certification heat insulation performance test is heated for 30min, the temperature rise of the inner surface of the sole should be no more than 22C, and the test is carried out according to the provisions of 6,11.
Nine, anti-radiation heat penetration performance

The brittleness temperature of rubber boot uppers, wraps and outsole materials is determined according to GB/T1682.
The hot air aging test of rubber boot uppers, wraps and outsole materials shall be carried out in accordance with 3.1 of GB/T3512.
The flame retardant properties of the rubber boots, the fence and the outsole materials are determined in accordance with GB/T13488.
The adhesion strength of rubber boot uppers, wraps and outsole materials shall be determined in accordance with GB/T532.
The thickness of the boot is measured with a thickness gauge or a vernier caliper (accuracy 0.02 mm).
Determination of physical and mechanical properties of fire-fighting protective boots
Leather samples, parts and signs are carried out in accordance with QB/T3812.1.
The air conditioning of the test piece for leather physical property test is carried out in accordance with QB/T3812.2
The tensile strength test of leather is carried out in accordance with QB/T3812.5.
The thickness of the leather is measured in accordance with QB/T3812.4.
The leather tear strength test is carried out in accordance with QB/T3812.6.
4, oil resistance test
According to the provisions of GB/T1690, the test liquid 1# standard oil, the test temperature is (23 ± 2) ° C, the soaking time is 24h.
5, acid and alkali resistance test
The acid and alkali resistance of the fire boots 3c certification is determined according to the provisions of GB12019.
The acid and alkali resistance of fire-fighting protective boots shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB12018.
6, corrosion resistance test of metal liner
The test is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB12017.
7, anti-mite performance test
The test was carried out in accordance with HG3081.
