Safety measures for machining workers

Leave a message

The working environment faced by the machining workers is complicated, and they are indispensable for safety protection measures. The mechanical manufacturing work covers a wide range of fields, including transportation, machine tools, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, power machinery and precision instruments. Manufacturing, generally casting, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembly workshops, mixed work, but the safety protection for operators is basically the same, because the occupational hazards are roughly the same.

(1) The main dust operation of productive dust is casting. In the process of molding sand molding, molding, falling sand, sand cleaning, etc., the dust can fly, especially when the casting is repaired by sand blasting, the dust concentration is very high, and the used dust is used. Quartz is more harmful. During the machining process, the polishing and polishing process of metal parts can produce metal and mineral dust, causing the miller's pneumoconiosis. During welding, the flux, the electrode core and the material to be welded evaporate at high temperatures to generate a large amount of welding dust and harmful gases. Long-term inhalation of a higher concentration of welding dust can cause the electric welder to pneumoconiosis.

(2) The high temperature and heat radiation of high temperature and heat radiation machinery manufacturers are mainly in the casting, forging and heat treatment types. Furnace, drying furnace, molten metal, hot castings in the foundry, heating furnaces in the forging and heat treatment workshops, and red hot metal parts all generate intense heat radiation, which causes heat stroke when the high temperature environment is severe.

(3) Noise vibration and ultraviolet mechanical manufacturing process, using sand type tamping machine, pneumatic tools, various forging hammers, grinding wheel polishing, rivets, etc., can produce strong noise; electric welding, gas welding, sub-arc welding and plasma Ultraviolet rays generated by welding, such as improper protection, can cause electro-optic ophthalmia.

(4) Heavy physical labor and trauma, burns in enterprises with poor mechanization, casting, falling sand, hand forging are more laborious manual labor, even if the use of air hammer or hydraulic press, because of the need to change the position and direction of the workpiece, Physical labor intensity is very high, and at the same time it has to work at high temperatures, so it is easy to cause body temperature regulation and cardiovascular system changes.

Faced with the working environment of different types of work, the mechanical workshop processing workers need to choose appropriate safety shoes according to the working environment. For example, the forging workshop should wear high temperature safety shoes due to iron filings and iron slag splashing; mechanical parts in the mechanical processing workshop Wear smash-proof and puncture-proof safety shoes when falling and sharp objects pierce the sole. In addition, you should wear appropriate safety protective overalls and helmets for your own protection.
