(1) Check the safety upper and safety shoes. After selecting the style and color of the safety shoes, first check whether the safety upper material is genuine or not. To distinguish between leather and fake leather, is cowhide, pigskin, sheepskin or other leather. The surface of the cowhide is smooth, the particles are fine and the strength is high; the surface of the pig skin is large and rough, and the appearance is not as good as that of the cow leather; the surface of the sheepskin is thin and the texture is soft. The real leather hand feels awkward and the artificial leather is smooth. The real leather safety upper has a tight layer of skin and leather fiber on the cross section, and the artificial leather has no leather fiber only cloth or synthetic material, and has the smell of chemical raw materials. The high-quality and qualified safety upper leather should be fine and bright, and the color of the same part should be the same, no color difference, no disability. Finger pressing the dough is not loose, the coating layer does not fall off and does not crack; the material in the safety shoes should also be natural leather, and it is best in sheep leather. Artificial leather safety shoes are considered to be low-grade safety shoes due to poor air permeability and easy to wear and break at the rear part. The safety shoe lining is required to be soft and soft, uniform in thickness, and difficult to fall off and fade.
(2) Check the safety sole. Safety sole materials are mainly rubber, plastic, rubber and plastic materials, polyurethane, natural leather and so on. When purchasing, check whether the outsole is flat, whether the pattern is clear, and use the nail to gently press the safety sole. It should be elastic, not too hard, and not peeling off. Otherwise, the safety sole has a low glue content, excessive use of reclaimed rubber filler, easy to break, and not durable.
(3) Check the safety heel. The safety heel should be installed securely and flat, and the handcuff should not be deformed or loosened. Medium and high-heeled safety shoes should pay attention to the quality of the safety heel. The safety shoes can be placed flat on the counter. It should be stable. The heel should be able to touch the tabletop all the time. The hand should not be shaken; the same safety heel should be high. Consistent.
(4) Check the hook. The hook is a key component that is mounted between the outsole and the inner midsole of the safety and safety shoe, and cannot be seen from the outside. When purchasing, put the safety shoes on a firm table and press the hooks hard. The quality products should not be soft and not deformed. On the contrary, it indicates that the quality of the hook is inferior. After wearing, the waist part will be convex or concave and deformed, which makes the foot feel extremely uncomfortable, walking pain, affecting health and even hurting the foot.
(5) Check the main heel and the head. The main heel is the key component of the rear help setting, which is installed between the safety upper and the safety shoe of the heel part; the toe cap is a safety toe shaping part, which is installed between the front safety upper and the safety shoe. When inspecting, press the main heel and the toe cap with your fingers. The high-quality safety shoes should withstand pressing and reach into the safety shoes by hand to check the installation position. (6) After the quality inspection, select the safety shoe type and safety shoe size that match the characteristics of your foot and try on it.
