Leather safety shoes manufacturing process and process

The general classification of safety shoes: there are two major categories of injection and cold adhesion.

(1) Injection is also a machine made of shoes. After the upper surface is attached to the aluminum crucible, the rotary disc machine is directly injected with PVC, TPR and other materials to form the sole at one time. Now there is PU (chemical name polyurethane) injection molding (machine And the mold is not the same as the general injection).

Advantages: Because it is machine-made, the output is large, and the price is low.

Disadvantages: If there are many styles, it is more troublesome to change the mold, the shoe is difficult to shape, and there is no cold-adhesive shoe workmanship, so it is generally suitable for a single order of the sole style.

(2) Cold sticking is the hand-made shoes that we generally say. Italy, Spain's famous brand shoes belong to this category. Cold-adhesive line processing is generally required (except for home workshops). Cold-bonded soles are generally provided by factories that are responsible for the soles. If they do not have molds for the soles, they need to open another mold. Generally, the sole factory has more than 1w of free mold opening. The practice is to use a plastic enamel to shape the surface and glue it with the sole.

Advantages: Fine workmanship, the shoes made better.

Disadvantages: The daily output is small and the price is high. It is generally suitable for the production of medium-sized and above factories to form a scale.

The difference: the most obvious feature of the difference between cold-bonded and injection-molded safety shoes is the sole, the heel or the edge of the molded shoe has a line, which is because the shoes are left behind by the mold. The one that is cold-bonded to the sole is the one that is bonded to the upper and the sole, so it is invisible.

The components of the safety shoes: the shoes are mainly composed of the upper surface, the inner lining (lining), the front and back ironing, the front and rear toe caps, the midsole (also called the bottom), and the sole.

A, help: the material generally has leather (LEATHER) or artificial leather, etc., the leather material is uneven, the best is the first layer of leather, soft texture, good flexibility, I personally still for the superior soft sheepskin shoes absolutely Cool. There are many kinds of artificial leather. The most I contact is PU leather. The thickness is in silk. It is generally 80 filaments. It can reach 140 filaments. It is suitable for the production of single-layer uppers (no quilt). It is comfortable to wear, especially Korean shoes generally do this. Today's most popular PU leather has many lines of rubbing leather, rubbing leather, bubble lines, crazy horse lines, size lines, napa lines, 18 lines and so on. Because the mad horse leather has a texture like leather, and the effect is good, it is very popular now, but the price is very high. Wipe is the most classic leather. It has been popular for more than 10 years. Now there are many kinds of rubbing glue. The effect of rubbing is different. The color is deep and shallow, and it has a great relationship with the wax used. The price is moderate. However, it is difficult to work, and it usually requires a special glue master to wipe it. Now there is also a leather with artificial cowhide, the thickness is more than 200 silk, and the price is very high.

B, lining and hot bottom: the material is generally leather, PU, PVC, etc., the upper side of the leather is generally equipped with leather lining, comfortable to wear, good heat dissipation, not easy to produce "Hong Kong feet." The general PU lining is much better than PVC, but the price is more expensive!

C, the sole is an important part of the shoes, there are PU bottom, TPR bottom, PVC bottom, combined bottom. The advantage of the PU bottom is that it is light in weight, soft in texture and good in hand. Very customers in the Middle East and Europe like the soles made of PU materials, but they are expensive (the recent price increase of PU, the cost is greatly increased, but the price of shoes does not rise, making many factories difficult), and now there is polyurethane injection ( After PU INJECTION, because the machine has large output and low cost, it is also very popular. TPR soles have moderate weight and certain softness, but the price is cheaper than PU, and there is no smell. PVC soles are the cheapest, generally It is directly injection molded in the factory, but the cold-bonded sole is also made of PVC material. The texture can be adjusted by pre-plasticizing. It can be hard or soft, but the PVC sole has some odor, because it is a plastic material. If the plastic is mixed with good oil, then The taste is very light, but if you use oil, it tastes pungent and makes people feel uncomfortable. In fact, it depends entirely on the reputation of the factory. The midsole is just the layer between the sole and the upper, the material is single, not much here. Say.

C, Baotou is actually a layer of cardboard, in millimeters, the quality of the Baotou produced in Taiwan is good, and the 1.7mm Baotou is very good. It is mainly used in the toe and heel to make the shoes look sharp and angular, and to strengthen the shoe shape.

Shoe assembly process The shoe assembly process refers to the technique and method of assembling the shoe parts such as the upper and the sole into the shoe product, mainly including the adhesive shoe process, the sewing shoe process, the molded shoe process, the injection shoe process, and the vulcanization. Various types of shoe crafts.

1, the adhesive shoe process, also known as the cold bonding process, is a process that uses an adhesive to join the upper, the insole, and the outsole together. Due to the different materials of the upper and the sole bonding surface, the type and nature of the adhesive used are different, such as neoprene adhesive, polyurethane adhesive, SBS adhesive and the like. Due to the simple process of the gluing process, short production cycle, high production efficiency, low manufacturing cost, fast change of color variety, easy to expand and reproduce, it is the most widely used assembly process in the footwear industry, accounting for 80% of the total amount of shoes. %the above. This process is most widely used in leather shoes and sports shoes.

2, the sewing shoe process, also known as the stitching shoe process, is a process of stitching the upper and the sole and other connecting parts together using a sewing thread. The sewing thread used is a ramie thread, which has the characteristics of strong strength, small elongation, fast moisture absorption and high wear resistance. The sewing shoe technology is most widely used in leather shoes, mainly including sewing shoes, sewing cuff shoes, and through-seam shoes. Although its process history is long, the operation is complicated, and the production efficiency is low, the product structure, style and durability are not replaced by other processes. In addition to the development and improvement of the machine sewing process, it is more in line with the needs of modern production and consumption, thus occupying an important position in the footwear products, and has an auxiliary function in the adhesive shoe process, and thus a sticky seam Process.

3. The moulding shoe process is a process for bonding the outsole and the upper together by using the rubber outsole to produce the rubber flow and the clamping pressure generated during the vulcanization process of the mold. The outsole and the upper are adhesively bonded under the high temperature and high pressure of the rubber, so the molded shoe process has the characteristics of strong adhesion to the bottom and difficulty in opening the rubber, abrasion resistance and resistance to bending. Due to the long production cycle of the molded shoes and the slow change of the color variety, it is suitable for the production of large-volume products. Labor protection shoes, hiking shoes, military police shoes and other products are mostly produced by molding process. The molding process is a mold vulcanization process derived from a moldless vulcanization process, and is mostly used in leather shoes.

4, the injection shoe process, also known as the continuous injection molding process, is a process of injecting molten plastic into the outer mold and bonding with the upper. The material of the outsole is mostly polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber and the like. The process is to complete the bonding assembly under the conditions of automatic feeding, automatic plasticizing, automatic metering, automatic injection, automatic mold closing, mold opening and automatic molding, so it has the advantages of high production efficiency and automatic production. It is used in the production of leather shoes, cloth shoes, sports shoes and plastic shoes.

5. The vulcanized shoe process is a process of heat-pressurizing and vulcanizing a vulcanized can by bonding the outer film, the strip and the outer cover to the upper.
